Euclid Network’s (EN) Top 100 Women in Social Enterprise initiative has given a platform to women that contribute to society through their innovation and entrepreneurship. In the spirit of empowering women leaders in Europe and accelerating progress towards a more gender-equal world, this carefully selected list celebrates women in the social enterprise sector, spotlighting their impact journey and achievements, connecting them to inspire and learn from each other.
Expert jury
After receiving over 900 applications from incredible women leaders in the European social enterprise ecosystem, EN together with an expert jury has compiled the list of the Top 100 Women in Social Enterprise who have demonstrated significant social and/or environmental impact in 2023.
Sector leaders
Among this hand picked group of women are founders, CEOs, managers, initiators, and inspirational leaders who are making incredible contributions to reinventing society and gender equality in Europe and beyond. The list celebrates achievements of women changemakers and spotlights the role as sector leaders.

The social enterprise was founded in 2011 and is therefore an early adapter of a current generation of innovative and purpose-driven enterprises. With Fair Fabrics she builds bridges between designers, brands and international artisan workshops through traditional crafts and contemporary design. With transparent and direct collaborations, she and her team develop a distinctive and respectful collection of interior items such as rugs, blankets and cushions. “
